One-on -Online Coaching

My 60 day 1-on-1 coaching program is different from other programs offered. There are no Zoom calls or Newsletters. Instead, everything in this program is literally 1-on-1.
Your nutrition programming and workout samples are customized specifically for your situation, your condition and YOUR goal.
You answer a series of questions, and your initial programming is then completed. The good news is, you don't even remit payment for the program until I deliver your initial material to your email address. You don't pay for anything up front...So there is basically NO risk.
Check-Ins are necessary with this 1-on-1 program. It is YOUR responsibility to CHECK-IN with me often to assure maximum monitoring/accountability and results.
